现在网络上流行的都是直接申请RIPN号的方法，这样申请老是出问题，成功的几率现在几乎为零，下面我将写一种方法，绝对有效的方法。
1.首先，要有一个gmail邮箱，没有的朋友可以在论坛留言留下别的邮箱地址，我发邀请码给你们，然后去百度，或者google，或者yahoo,总之是搜索引擎，去搜一张身份证的照片下来，保存好，如果自己已经有扫描好的了，可以直接往下看。
2.接下来申请一个MNT号，也就是RIPN的管理账号，

这个不需要验证，马上申请，马上拥有~~

下面部分是最关键的填写注册内容
有几点要注意的地方：
1.证件号码前面必须加上 SN. (注意有个点）
2.address和p-addr的格式不要错，具体请看图的p-addr部分，
3.写phone和fax-no，区号不要带0，例如0315，直接写315
4.remark-h写上
I will send my passport copy to you when I recevie the first mail letter!
就是在收到他给你写的第一封信以后，把你的身份证的照片当附件发给他
注：申请成功一共会收到3封信，
第一封检查你写的格式对不对，是电脑自己检查的，
第二封确认你的身份是否存在，人工检查
第三封提示你申请成功的，一般开头是这样写
This is to notify you that some object(s) in the RIPN database
which you either maintain or are listed as to-be-notified have
been added or changed.

近几天有的朋友已经申请成功，有的朋友反映说ripn要英文版的证件，现把对付的方法公布如下！
在收到第一封信，给ripn回信的时候加上下面格式的内容
具体内容要根据搜来的证件情况做相应的修改~~~~
